At Robillard Hearing Centres all of our Hearing Care Professionals are fully qualified. Our staff includes Doctors of Audiology, Registered Audiologists, and Registered Hearing Instrument Specialists.
All our Hearing Care Professionals are registered with the Ontario Ministry of Health under the Ontario Assistive Devices Program, and either the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASPLO) or the Association of Hearing Instrument Practitioners (AHIP).
J.B. has a background in Computer Engineering and was employed as a computer engineer prior to joining the family business in 2003. He studied at Grant MacEwen University and is looking forward to continuing his participation in upcoming Starkey Hearing Foundation Missions.
Julia is an accredited Hearing Instrument Specialist with additional diplomas in Business Marketing and Database Programming. Julia has been a member of the Robillard Hearing Centre team since 2006. During 2013/2014 Julia has aspirations of becoming a Board Certified Hearing Specialist and continuing her participation with the Starkey Hearing Foundation. Julia can be found at the Renfrew location on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays of each week.
Nancy is a graduate of Grant MacEwan University in Edmonton, Alberta, in the Hearing Practitioner Program. Upon graduating from Fanshawe College, Nancy worked for a hearing care centre in London, Ontario, where she successfully managed three hearing clinics. In 1996 Nancy located to Ottawa and joined the Robillard Hearing Centre team.
A graduate of the Hearing Specialist Program at George Brown College, and a member of the Robillard Hearing Centres team since 2007, Sarah is a qualified Hearing Instrument Dispenser (H.I.D.), a Hearing Aid Specialist (H.I.S.), and is registered with the Association of Hearing Instrument Practitioners of Ontario. Facing hearing challenges herself places Sarah in a unique position to serve her customers and identify practical hearing solutions.
A graduate of George Brown College in 2004, Ottawa native Phillippe Nobert brings six years of valued hearing health care experience to the Robillard Hearing Centres team. When away from the office, Phillippe trades his passion for new hearing instrument technologies and diligent customer service, with time spent with family, friends, and sports.

Renaud de Grandmont recently graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Master’s degree in Audiology. He also successfully completed the Speech-Language & Audiology Canada (SAC) national certification exam: the highest professional standard in the field. Renaud holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music Interpretation from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). He has worked as a professional musician and music teacher for almost a decade. As a former musician, Renaud understands the value of good hearing. He is dedicated in providing patients with the best quality of hearing. Renaud offers bilingual services at both our Westgate and Orleans clinics.
Clayton holds a M.Cl.Sc in audiology from Western University as well as a B.A. in psychology from Carleton University. Clayton’s interests in audiology center around ameliorating the physiological, psychological and social effects of hearing loss through amplification and aural rehabilitation. Clayton is passionate about increasing public awareness of hearing health and is an active member of the Canadian Academy of Audiology’s Public Relations committee. Clayton is a native of Ottawa and practices at both our Ottawa West and Barrhaven locations.
Nancy has a Master's degree in Audiology from the University of Ottawa and is registered with the College of Audiologists and Speech-pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO) and “L’Ordre des Orthophonistes et Audiologistes du Québec’’ (OOAQ). She has more than 12 years of clinical experience in the Hearing Health industry working closely with Ear Nose and Throat physicians, serving children and adults. She’s committed to make a difference in the lives of those with hearing loss by educating them on their hearing disorder and helping them find the best solution without feeling pressured. She also offers aural rehabilitation classes to individuals seeking extra tools to cope with their hearing loss with more efficiency.
Natacha graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Master’s in Audiology. She is a member of the Canadian Academy of Audiology as well as a registered Audiologist with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario. Having worked in the health care field for over 10 years, Natacha has acquired experience and formal training in patient care. Her continuous education also enables her to offer her patients the most current advancements in hearing solutions and hearing aid technology. Furthermore, she recently completed a comprehensive Tinnitus Retraining Therapy course under the supervision of Dr. Pawell Jastreboff in order to reduce the negative effects of tinnitus. Natacha works at our Westgate location and offers full services in both English and French.

Maria has been practicing as a Dispensing Audiologist in both Canada and the United States for nearly 10 years. She earned her Doctorate in Audiology from Salus University, and prior to that, a Master of Science Degree in Audiology from Northeastern University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education-Communication Disorders from Bridgewater State College. Maria is a registered member of the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario, an International Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association, and was awarded Board Certification from the American Board of Audiology. As an Audiologist, Maria is not only interested in implementing new and innovative hearing aid technology for effective communication, but also in the expanded opportunities available with cutting edge assistive devices.
