J.B.Robillard JB has a background in Computer Engineering, employed as a computer engineer prior to joining the family company in 2003. JB studied at Grant MacEwen University and is hoping to participate in an upcoming Starkey Foundation mission in 2012. |

Julia Robillard is an accredited Hearing Instrument Specialist with additional diplomas in Business Marketing and Database Programming. Julia Robillard has been a member of the Robillard Hearing Centre team since 2006. During 2011/2012 Julia has aspirations of becoming a Board Certified Hearing Specialist and participating in a mission with the Starkey Hearing Foundation. Julia can be found at the Westgate location on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays of each week. |

Charles Halluin graduated from Rosemount College in Montreal in 1997 with a degree in Audioprosthesis, and joined Robillard Hearing Centres as a Hearing Instrument Specialist in 1998. Charles is the manager at our Vanier location, and provides his services at our Hawkesbury location once a week. |

Agnes Kowalski graduated from George Brown College in 1995 as a Hearing Aid Dispenser. Continuing to pursue her hearing care studies, in 1999 Agnes earned her certificate as a Hearing Aid Specialist. Agnes joined Robillard Hearing Centres in 2000, and is currently performing her duties in our Vanier office. |

Sarah Quinn A graduate of the Hearing Specialist Program at George Brown College, and a member of the Robillard Hearing Centres team since 2007, Sarah is a qualified Hearing Instrument Dispenser (H.I.D.), a Hearing Aid Specialist (H.I.S.), and is registered with the Association of Hearing Instrument Practitioners of Ontario. Facing hearing challenges herself places Sarah in a unique position to serve her customers and identify practical hearing solutions. |

Phillippe Nobert A graduate of George Brown College in 2004, Ottawa native Phillippe Nobert brings six years of valued hearing health care experience to the Robillard Hearing Centres team. When away from the office, Phillippe trades his passion for new hearing instrument technologies and diligent customer service, with time spent with family, friends, and sports. |

Nancy Bento is a graduate of Grant MacEwan University in Edmonton, Alberta, in the Hearing Practitioner Program. Upon graduating from Fanshawe College, Nancy worked for a hearing care centre in London, Ontario, where she successfully managed three hearing clinics. In 1996 Nancy located to Ottawa and joined the Robillard Hearing Centre team. |

Heather David graduated from the University of Waterloo in 2006 with a degree in Psychology and Social Studies. She continued with her education at Conestoga College in Kitchener and received her Hearing Instrument Specialist diploma in 2009. Heather started working with Robillard in 2010 and works full time at the Westgate location. |

Shawna St. John is currently completing the Hearing Instrument Specialist program at Grant MacEwan University in Alberta. A new member to the Robillard team, she brings with her over 3 years of experience as a Hearing Instrument Technician, and is currently working full-time in the Brockville location. |
