Tracy joined Robillard Hearing Centres in 2017. She is a strategic thinker and problem solver who brings twenty-five years’ experience in accounting and finance leadership positions in both privately-held and publicly-traded companies to her role as Chief Financial Officer.  Tracy has been responsible for the provision of accounting and financial services including financial statement reporting, budgeting/cash flow projections, financings, as well as quantitative analysis on companies for investment purposes.

Tracy has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Finance) from the University of Ottawa, is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
